- Your preferred charter week, number of guests, and preferred embarkation point.
- Any message or details you add about your group or occasion.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for payment information through this site. Our web host may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and reply to you by email.
- To check availability, hold dates, and help plan and coordinate your charter.
- To keep reasonable records of inquiries and bookings for our business.
We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we do not sell or rent your personal information.
How your information is stored and shared
Inquiry details are recorded in our business tools, which include Google Workspace (Google Sheets) and an automation service (Make) used to route your inquiry to us by email. These providers process the information on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
To arrange a charter you ask about, we may share the details necessary for planning with our charter management and booking partner and with the vessel's crew. We share only what is needed for that purpose. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies and analytics
At present this site uses only what is needed to make the page work and does not set advertising or non-essential tracking cookies. If we later add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this section, identify the tools and their purpose, and, where required, present a cookie consent choice before those cookies are set.
